The service uses a Cloudflare Worker to process submissions and Cloudflare storage infrastructure to hold submitted information for review.

Submissions are treated as pending. They are reviewed before anything is published on LandfillPrices. Sending a form does not automatically create a public facility listing or change an existing published fee.

The website uses a hidden honeypot field on its forms as an anti-spam measure.

3. How submitted information is used

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

• Review suggestions for new facilities.
• Verify published disposal-fee schedules.
• Investigate reported changes to facility fees.
• Correct inaccurate directory information.
• Respond to questions and contact requests.

The fee comparison tool performs its calculations in the visitor's browser using the local facility dataset. It does not require an external pricing API.
